Shipping policy

Orders are collected and processed on a weekly schedule to ensure efficient preparation and quality service.

• Weekly orders close every Thursday.

• Shipping begins at the start of the following week.

• Delivery takes approximately 1–3 business days, depending on your location.

To guarantee safe and reliable delivery, all shipments are handled by Quigo, one of Egypt’s trusted delivery partners.

Our goal is to make sure your order arrives safely, quickly, and in perfect condition.

 

لضمان سرعة التنفيذ وجودة الخدمة، يتم تجميع الطلبات بشكل أسبوعي.

 يتم إغلاق استقبال طلبات الأسبوع كل يوم خميس.
 تبدأ عملية تجهيز وشحن الطلبات مع بداية الأسبوع الجديد.
تصل الطلبات إلى باب المنزل خلال 1 إلى 3 أيام عمل حسب المحافظة.

 لضمان تجربة توصيل امنة وسريعة مع امكانية متابعة الشحنة حتى وصولها  (Quingo) و نتعاون مع شركة الشحن
